insglück strenghten their locations with new directors
Longtime employees Heike Rose, Marco Franiczek and Kim Detlefsen take the lead of the inglück offices in Berlin, Cologne, and Hamburg. These new positions aim at strengthening locations and promoting modern leadership.
Mobile working, working from home or at the office – the organisation of the working environment is the main driver for the productivity and motivation of the team. “The future requires a balanced mix of community and exchange as well as of self-determined and flexible working. Organizing the relevant parameters and being the team’s coach and enabler belong to the core tasks of our new site directors. Therefore, the three managers will work closely with Mona Braun, insglück Head of People & Culture”, according to Malte Heindl, Head of Operations and Member of the insglück Executive Board.

At the helm of the Berlin office is Heike Rose. She has been working for insglück for fifteen years, since 2012 as a unit manager, knows well what makes the agency tick and has the sure instinct and the needed serenity to develop the site on a lasting level. “I'm with the agency since the beginning and an original member of the Berlin mothership. Being entrusted with bringing in my insglück DNA to empower the team and guide it through the new era makes me very happy", comments Heike Rose on her new function.
Marco Franiczek, who works at insglück for almost eleven years, lastly as a team leader, manages the Cologne afiliate. “I’m part of the old hands and have accompanied insglück through many phases. Sharing my passion for the insglück brand with the team, being a sparring partner at their side and mastering the everyday work together with these fantastic people is a true joy”, says Marco Franiczek about his new role.
Kim Detlfesen takes the lead of the Hanseatic office. “In 2017, I started as a Senior Project Manager. As one of the first members of team Hamburg I moved in the new offices when the paint was still wet”, Kim Detlefsen recalls. “To take the lead of the youngest affiliate today, only four and a half years later, and to assist this wonderful team in growing in this particular Hanseatic spirit seems like a wonderful challenge to me”, closes Kim Detlefsen.
