Happy faces in Cologne, Hamburg and Berlin: insglück tops the German Event Creative Ranking again in 2019. For the fourth time in succession. This means the live communication agency has set a new precedent: title defence 4.0.

The German Event Creative Ranking, published by BlachReport and now in its fifteenth year, sums up the creative and live marketing achievements in the German event agency landscape. It is based on an evaluation of national and international award achievements in event-specific categories. ADC, Golden Award of Montreux, BEA World, EX Award, Gala Award, Galaxy Award, Cannes Lions and BrandEx Award results are all included in the ranking.

insglück shot straight to the top of the ranking again this year with 14 awards. It also set new creative benchmarks with its projects for Volkswagen, Google, Covestro, Deutsche Bank, Union Investment, TUI Cruises and the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. The live communications agency not only excelled in the traditional event categories of conference, gala, motivation, project management and promotion, but also in the areas of live PR, exhibition, digital experience and interface design.

Volkswagen’s “Shaping the Future” press event is one of the most highly-decorated projects in the awards scene. It received a total of four awards, including a Gala award in the supreme and biggest-budget category of Best Event. The naming ceremony for the new addition to the TUI Cruises fleet, “Mein Schiff 1” won three Galaxy Awards. Special tribute was also paid to the “Innovation Celebration” employee event for Covestro. It won two awards, including the coveted and prestigious Golden Award of Montreux. The InvestmentAktuell event is a regular award winner. insglück has been orchestrating Union Investment’s conference since 2011 and it never fails to deliver bold and unique concepts. At the International Festival of Brand Experience premiere this project received a silver award in the category of Best Conference. The German Pavilion at Expo 2017 in Astana was also honoured at the ADC Annual Awards, Germany’s biggest creative festival. The agency received an award in the category of “Spatial Communication: Craft — Brand-related — Participation of the Audience ” for the Energy Show. Distinctive concepts are the agency’s trademark, and it uses the creative resources from all three offices to design and implement them.
